Here's some hope for you wrt the aftermath...Dems have a history of seeking bipartisan legislation..

(see Infrastructure and Immigration), and in the case of One Party Control...e.g. the ACA...the legislation has been accepted even in Red States like Kentucky (see "KYnect").

Add to this the agreement between Chairman Bennie Thompson (D) and Minority Lead Liz Chaney (R) of the House January 6th Committee that they both welcomed a return to arguing and negotiating Policy decisions, once that issue was resolved.
