Why was the Ken Burns' hyperbolic rant expunged from the forum?

I suppose I agree with him that the Presidency has too much power, but I suspect he won't take this position if a leftie gets into office again.

Personally, I feel that Washington itself has too much power.

I am thrilled with the prospect of two years of gridlock.
