To my fellow Trump 2024 voters on OPEN, a good reflection by JD. Others keep celebrating your win.

Don’t bother reading it.

I’m 100% with JD. Many Trump 2024 voters did voted yesterday. But they voted for our opponents. 4 reasons:

1. Unpopular war. I know some of you may blame Trump for lacking killer instinct and stopping the war on 4/7. But you misunderstand both Trump and Iran. Trump is not warmonger. He believes negotiations and deals. Iran leaders believe martyrdom (shahada) which is a central pillar of political life in Shia Islam. 

2. It’s still economy, stupid. Economy under Trump actually has been very good. But American voters have different standards/expectations toward R and D on economy. They have higher expectations on R because its strength of R, especially strength of Trump. R and Trump can’t make mistakes on economy, even just one mistake-inflation. You can’t use Biden’s 9.1% inflation to defend Trump’s 3.4% inflation. Voters have different standards. 

3. It should be always America first, not Israel first, not Ukraine first. 

4.  Our relationship with Israel is NOT healthy, I mean not that kind of country-to-country healthy. We kind treat Israel as the 51st state.  We need to give Israel some kind of Ukraine treatment by Trump.
