If you compare New York to Florida, it looks like Florida is having their very first peak, which New York already had back in March and April. Maybe you should compare Florida in 3 or 4 months to New York now, for a more fair comparison.
Also, you keep referring us to testing numbers in isolation of each regions capacity to treat cases. That seems a bit disingenuous, but I grant you, it is sometimes hard to tell what you are thinking. One gets the impression that you are seeing exciting political news in these charts, like a child looks for exciting shapes in the clouds on a sunny summer day...but it is often difficult for others to see the fantasies that you have seen.
