I think deaths are harder to under-report than cases, which is why I used that number.

I may (slightly) be overstating American incompetence on this issue, but the fact Trump is tweeting the dangerous advice of a doctor that believes in demon sperm as cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are skyrocketing makes me think it's about right.
