What does the Constitution say if if takes many months to determine the winners (all of them)?
Even the NYT recognizes that mail in ballots will create chaos. I mean, the ballot has to be signed and the signature has to agree with the registration signature or it's not good. Right? This could leave us without most of our elected officials.
