In no way shape or form did he equate killing a black man with missing a 3 foot putt.

He’s talking about panic mode and poor performance.

If missing a 3 foot putt is the result of panic, imagine what a possible knife attack might do.

Extreme fear could lead to excessive force.

No untruth about that.
