I don't think it's very rational to believe

1. That pollsters take the time out of their busy day to identify the employers of individuals they identify as voting for Trump.
2. Contact their employers to tell the employers "Did you know so-and-so is voting for Trump?"
3. Have their employers actually believe the pollster.
4. Have their employers make an employment decision based on the decision to vote for Trump.

It's just not rational.
