What is the over/under on the duration of the TDS pandemic after Joe's inauguration?

I mean, it took years before Bush was no longer blamed for anything that was going bad during his successor's administration. But I should not be critical since I feel that FDR's response to the Depression was a huge factor in causing WWII. I just worry that the Green New Deal will be another similar step into doo doo.
