no one in their right mind (notice the use of the word "right" here) would bring any case to court prematurely. once the data and evidence are sufficient and substantiated, things will move in that direction. additionally, the demlib al gore challenges raged for much longer than this and you didn't think a thing about that. why didn't you moan then? and how about your idiot idol, hillary, telling joe to "never concede"? you didn't come here and denounce that little gem, did you? so, it appears you're just fine with challenges and denials as long as they fit your personal agenda, but otherwise they're "frivolous". what if the allegations are proven true? how are you going to justify your opposition to that outcome? are you going to yield?
