Many of the players do not want to get the testing. I have a relative (this is an actual real one) who does research in Alzheimer's disease. They have been pursuing this for a while, but the hesitancy of being "labelled" as well as the hesitancy to lose out on scholarship money and pro career money for hopeful athletes was surprising. It has still been delineated and is available however.

At earlier ages, parents may have more interest however.
