Intel chiefs do not go to meet with their counterparts unless there is intel to share.

Biden's DCI went to tell the Russians that we knew they were about to attack Ukraine, which failed to get Putin to stop.

Trump's DCI went because - most likely - we know that Putin is planning to test NATO somehow. Hopefully he will be more successful than his predecessor.
