often wear out after 20K miles...it'll save customers $$...not a bad thing.

Try and dial back your own OCD...e.g. Seat Belts and Shoulder Straps needed to be imposed by government...they save lives...as well as hospital bills. As with most things, we need to strike a balance, so it's wise to apply a little critical thinking that examines both sides of an issue.
