Jackass PM Carney smack talks Leafs fans for no reason
"The occasion was actually a pretty significant one for Canadian infrastructure. Carney was addressing reporters following an announcement of $4.7 billion in federal funding earmarked for new VIA Rail cars to be manufactured in Ontario and Quebec. It’s a massive investment, and Carney clearly wanted to drive home just how outdated the current fleet of rail cars really is."
Carney blasted his own countrymen by saying:
“Our rail cars on our long distance and remote routes are more than 70 years old. They were built when the NHL had six teams. Goalies wouldn’t wear masks. The Leafs would win the cup. That’s a long time ago.”
