It's time for you to face the real world, Curly...cases like Kate Dineen's really exist and they
need immediate professional health care...especially those who don't have the resources or life circumstances to travel out of states that are more eager to apply legal coercion than compassionate health care.

This issue isn't going away and we all need to face the realities, while making a 'Prudentially Just' decision in the arena of "Church and State".
