Better Suggestion:...Learn more about 'Postpartum Psychosis' before jumping to a conclusion..
...none of us on this forum has a clue about Postpartum Depression and how it feels, much less the very rare Psychosis...not even our Resident OB/GYN, Baron...and that's ridiculous since ND has been Co-Ed for over 50 years...sure would help to get a more complete understanding of the issue.
In lieu of that deficit, I've attached a link with a video and transcript of an interview with a woman Psychiatrist who specializes in such conditions. This tragedy didn't just happen out of the blue...as the Psychiatrist notes, it is very difficult to definitively diagnose and very few MDs have the training, much less NPs, or PAs, to intervene effectively and in time to prevent such an outcome.
The 'Vicissitudes' of Human Living are many and very complex...let's all commit to dealing with them.
