Then in 2024 the U.S. Senate did just that...provided 1,500 new CBP officers instead of the 750 that DJT called for in 2019, as one example...another is 100+ High Tech/High Speed Fentanyl Scanners for each of the tens of thousands of cars and trucks coming into the USA every day...btw, something that DJT still hasn't implemented. Note that it is 'Existing Law' thats needs re-writing...and he hasn't even tried to do that.
All Trump has done is issue 'Executive Orders' that can be immediately superseded by the next President, without any input from the other party...NOT the way our government "Of the People" is supposed to work on such an important issue...especially when "Due Process" needs to ALWAYS be provided.

Note that ABC "Caved" to Trump, since it is owned by Disney and the CEO of that Corp. had other business interests to protect and didn't want to 'upset' a guy who could make life uncomfortable in many ways.
As for Biden...he has no criminal record or history of trying to assault any woman, or child...no Frauds...and his Tax Returns are there for anyone to scan. He performed his job very well...and competently...just watch the 2024 SOTU Speech....very easy to do, if you're willing to see the whole picture..or his speeches with Mitch McConnell celebrating the benefits of his bipartisan Infrastructure Bill. He clearly ran out of gas at the debate...the Presidency is very demanding and he would have done the right thing in turning over the nomination to another, younger candidate much earlier. But his legacy of getting us out from under COVID...physically, and economically (9% inflation down to ~3.5%...better than any other developed nation)...while passing several bipartisan Bills speaks volumes for his leadership.
