That is not a sustainable model of war...expending ammunition 10x the cost of the other side, one for one. If Ukraine has shown us anything it is that future wars will not be quick, they will be attritional. That means that stockpiles are not as relevant as replenishability when it comes to munitions. More important than anything Trump can do is to restore munitions production (both smart and dumb) to the United States. Tariffs are helping that.
