...I just don't think that he incited the riot intentionally. In typical fashion, his rambling was a mess. But he did specifically have a moment when he had walked up to the line and realized it...and he specifically said that "we will march peacefully" and he repeated it.

On the other hand, Maxine has doubled down. If any other verdict that guilty is given with any other sentence that the worst given, she wants "even more confrontation" in a setting where they are already burning, looting, and destroying cities as well as attacking police.

Trump is out of office. Maxine Waters is not. For credibility, you need to condemn her actions publicly.
