Tybee's very nice.

It'll definitely be swim-worthy at the beach, and you're very likely to see dolphins - grab some Jet Skis/Wave Runners and head out a bit from shore, and they're liable to come swim right near you.

And if you're on Tybee, you should probably get a look at Fort Pulaski.
