4. Trump did 1,2,3 with nobody. He came to DC alone, only with his daughter, son in law
His approach to governing certainly was unconventional. He didn't have 54 czars like Obama had. Half positions of state department was unfilled.... So what? His approach at least saves taxpayers money.
