Do people who attended the Jan. 6 rally deserve to have their cars operate?
After all, driving is not a right. And, I could see turning off people's engines if those people are deemed unsavory to the ruling party...I could see that happening on an action against the property (like asset forfeiture) instead of an action against the person, such that no trial would be required. Who could argue against such a reasonable restriction?
