Can you define what you mean by that term?

Disclosure: I'm not a gun guy. I would prefer if nobody was walking around with a concealed carry permit. But the second amendment is somewhat obscure:

"the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"

If we want to change the status quo, we should probably amend the constitution.
