Regarding Affirmative Action, when is the goal ever met down the road? Especially when there are institutions who have come to depend on it for their existence and a political party (The Democrat Party) that uses this racial tension as one of its pillars for garnering votes.

Your question should be more clear as most individuals are not personally replaced, but their replacements come from a pool of favored racial/gender backgrounds.
