As Jar noted the agents in question have likely already been deposed by the committee and no further testimony will be sought and their testimony will not be aired. In all probability it would be damaging to the witness's testimony. This will allow the audience (minimal as it might be) to draw their own conclusions as the testimony will not be refuted publicly. Which is precisely what the committee intended.

As you've rightly noted a number of times, this is not a court of law, and the standards are vastly different. People can therefore be rightly skeptical of any of the "testimony" that comes out of it. This is a partisan committee that is not throwing straight dice. I know you feel differently.
