You're leaving out that the oppressor pedestrian shouted "the n-word" prior to running into the car.

If I were the young lads, I'd pursue a lawsuit against the pedestrian for damages to the car and pain and suffering for the pedestrian's use of hate speech, not to pursuing assault charges against him for scratching the one lad's arms while trying to keep his own wallet.

Totally not a diseased subculture! This happens all the time in the sticks across Flyover Country!
