It doesn't get any easier than this (see link) when it comes to evaluating the effectiveness of our

mRNA vaccines...just look at the charts and see that hundreds of thousands of lives have been saved because of those vaccines. While "Infection" may be harder to avoid...the ICU and morgue protection is still ROBUST...and that's the most important role any vaccine plays...

If you can't see this simple fact, you should not be allowed to operate heavy equipment ;-).
