So, these numbers means, after 10 days, only 5 unvaxxxed need to continue quarantine. But 26 vaxxed need to continue quarantine and 8 boosted need to continue quarantine.
If we convert to percentageof total patients, you can see unvaxxxed is the best, vaxxed is worse, and the boosted is the worst. But their differences are not huge. That's why they say, as you quoted, "did not find large differences".

But, no large difference doesn't mean no difference, as the number and graph showed. The difference is, the result of unvaxxxed is the best. Note: to save to time, I didn't use figure 1E numbers of culture conversion, but they are similar to the results of pcr conversion. It's very straightforward. You can see it.
