In races where challengers are not scared to debate all questions should be posed like this:

"What would you do different from your (incumbent) opponent and why?" That's it! If they try to character assassinate, moderate should let them finish and then ask them again to elaborate on the question.

I can't wait to hear a debate between Warnock v. Walker. It should be embarrassingly entertaining.
