I contend they are not (I will not accept reporting by MSNC, CNN and/or Newsweek (so you can save your links). But let's just say....
Is there a rule or statute that stipulates that the receiving state must indeed process all these people? If the courts are at capacity? The holding centers full? Attorneys unable to effectively assure them their due process? They must remain in Texas or Arizona anyway? At the great expense and burden of those states? They cannot be safely and adequately transferred to other jurisdictions with similarly adequate Federal facilities to process all these freedom seekers?
Again if your REAL aim is to truly help, then this should be greeted with great enthusiasm! Show those racist rubes in border states how real Americans get it done. Or go to a website and bitch about how mean those big bad meanie meanies are!
