I could be talked into doing away with juvenile court system altogether. It doesn't make sense. The court can take into account youth in sentencing. But this "under 21" thing is bogus. He can vote, but he can't make adult decisions? Yeah, that makes sense.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
