new ideas can be successful. All of these things have long been believed to be impossible in the NFL, but in the last few years, they've been proven to be totally possible.

Also, almost every QB coming out now is spread or an athlete so the NFL needs coaches that understand how to properly use these QBs / offenses. The old school smash mouth game is out, and so are the coaches that think 3 yards and a cloud of dust mixed with solely a pocket passer is the only thing that can survive in this league.
