I keep hearing about Alabama having a backroom staff of capable analysts.

Are all schools doing this? That is, are all schools hiring good people (people whose names we might recognize) to take some of the load off of the actual coaching staff? I can see how having a DC talk to Charlie Strong would make for a much better defensive approach to a particular game than just having the DC do the analysis.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
