This is the 2nd Top 75 player ND is missing out on (Losing Colzie & now Tengwell).

I dont know where all these "top players" are going to come from to fulfill Brian Kelly's promise of a Top 5 class?

Also dont know why other teams are thriving (Ohio State, now Michigan and Penn State) and ND is freaking dead in the water in recruitment and momentum???????
