I agree. I am in the epicenter (NYC). You hear ambulances all day and all night long. It's constant

Yeah you hear sirens all day long in NYC but not ambulance sirens 247, plus streets are empty Creepy

Used to live in Manhattan as well and never heard sirens 24/7 - especially not ambulance sirens
