It's a meaningless record at this point, and the college football market isn't buying it.

Those six loses were to..

15 Georgia 2017-1 point
7 Miami -33 points.
21 Stanford (while ranked No 8) - 18 points
2 Clemson - 27 points.
5 Georgia - 6 points.
14 Michigan - 31 points.

Besides the two Georgia games, he's continued the alarmingly poor trend of getting shredded in big games, and on the road against top competition. It's taken him ten seasons to figure out how to just not lose to the teams he's not supposed to lose to, but not a whole lots else. It's his ceiling at this point and he's content, especially since over the past few months his entire offensive staff has entirely quit recruiting. This program has no legitimate momentum-no top tier hire at the OC and OL positions (needed to make sure Quinn is protected, especially for a sweet retirement buyout if Jack forces him to fire Quinn), no surprising wins against a team we weren't supposed to beat, nothing. For Kelly's sake they'd better be damn good on offense this year because he's gonna get roasted if they aren't. Posters on 247/Rivals/ISD are melting down daily about it. He deserves every bit of criticism because he's never obsessed over recruiting like he should.
