a realistic position to hold. But if you owned a company that once dominated an industry and you hired a new CEO to get back to the top. But after 11 years while he made significant improvements but he failed in key areas to get to the top. Would you extend his contract? Maybe if you couldn’t find a better CEO that wanted and could do the job.
