Functionally, you are right. But ND moving up only to #3 after knocking off #1 seems like BS.

Especially since OSU really has barely played, and has played nobody good. Nebraska and Penn State look objectively bad right now -- 0-5 between them. ND should be at least #2. Beating Clemson has to mean something. I think.
