If I was connected to the Minnesota program, I wouldn't have been in favor of those uniforms. Probably for reasons different than your reasons. I don't see "end racism" as a "everyone wants racism" statement anymore than I see an "end cancer" statement to mean "everyone wants cancer." My issue with the messaging is that it is just virtue signaling, and I think it tends to substitute for meaningful action by self-congratulatory people. So I didn't like the uniforms either. The reason I got involved in the discussion was just to recall the reaction to the red bandana jerseys last week in contrast.
