You don't want to compete in the playoffs because you're afraid? I don't understand that rationale.

Why bother watching the season if you're afraid to compete for the ultimate prize.
ND was good enough to beat the #1 team. If they're in the top 4, I'll be happy they have a shot.
I want to see another NC and the playoff is the only way to have a chance even if it brings risk.
