IMO the best are:
Writers: Somogyi, Prister and Hansen. These guys have been on the beat the longest (I think) and have therefore have the best perspective (i.e., good at not overreacting on a week-to-week basis).
Analyst: Jamie Uyeyama at ISD is the best IMO at breaking down film and evaluating the level of play by each guy.
…and Frankie V and Greg obviously.
My least favorite:
Pete Sampson: To me his speaking and writing is always in a condescending tone that rubs me the wrong way.
Bryan Driskell: He's a tough one for me in that I think that behind Uyeyama, he's the best analyst, but unlike Uyeyama his analysis is biased by wanting to be right all the time.
Mike Goolsby: Was really excited when he joined BGI b/c I loved him as a player, but sometimes I don't know what he's watching. Specifically, early in the season he kept saying that using Tremble as a lead blocker/Hback was a mistake, b/c that wasn't his game (i.e., that he was a finesse player that should be featured more as a receiver than a blocker). Hopefully he will get better as he's new to the job.
