I think reload is an exaggeration. Rebuilding might be a better word.

New QB, lots of players on the Oline lost and a bunch on the defensive side. Unlike Alabama and Clemson and Ohio State which recruit so well, I think Notre Dame will be in a rebuilding mode next year.
