Sounds like Diggs is waiting. Reading between the lines a little, he tweeted "congrats

to his brothers and everyone who is signing today." I guess that isn't conclusive, but it kind of sounds like he's not signing today and is giving a shout out to those who are. So I guess we wait and see what shakes out. There will be a few stories to follow post early signing day.
