Buchner's throwing motion is weird as hell

Why do all of our top rated QBs have such weird throwing motions (Jurkovec's was even weirder)?

That said, the ball gets out and gets to its target quickly, so not a bad thing, just different. Coan and Pyne both have textbook releases.
