, a small guy with a big accurate arm and mobile enough to extend plays and make big plays.
The guy wasn't highly rated coming out of HS, but he was so spectacular at times making play after play. Golson and Kelly both fucked up the situation, Golson getting himself kicked out of school for a year and Kelly fucked it up by throwing him aside for Zaire instead of coaching him up.
It seems like Kelly then thought the key was to just get at least a semi mobile QB that could extend plays, he would have a success.
That seems to be the pattern for the most part, he seems to love QBs that aren't highly rated but mobile, he just can't find them with a Golson arm.
I like USCs model better, get a tall guy that can make all the throws.
