  • Do you think Pyne triggers in Rees self-loathing? Rees/Crist = Pyne/Buchner - LanceManion - 9:01am 9/30/22 (34) [View All]
    • Agreed. Rees seemingly is a carryover of all of Brian Kelly's QB faults. He's made the same mistakes [NT] - oldirish - 2:00pm 9/30/22
    • Would Rees have adapted his play calling? - GaSubwayIrish - 10:27am 9/30/22
      • He showed no tendency in that direction through the game when Buchner was hurt. Seems like no. - LanceManion - 11:18am 9/30/22
        • I agree 100% with this. it was frustrating to watch. [NT] - GaSubwayIrish - 11:39am 9/30/22
    • The idea that Pyne is clear cut better than Buchner is silly - NDNEIL - 10:11am 9/30/22
      • Pyne's QB rating for two starts is 165.6, placing him 10th over the entire season last year - MarkHarman - 7:39pm 9/30/22
      • I'm not touting Buchner as the be all, end all, but at this point we're comparing apples and oranges - D2 - 3:18pm 9/30/22
        • Agree, but haters gotta hate. Neither of them have particularly impressed me. - Frank L - 5:20pm 10/2/22
        • Lots of its and buts in that post [NT] - ColeyO - 10:59pm 9/30/22
        • Better??? Marshall lost to Troy and Bowling Green and our O turned around. Can you explain this? [NT] - oldirish - 9:29pm 9/30/22
        • Pyne looks clearly better than Buchner - WoodstockIrish - 7:58pm 9/30/22

        • I don't see why it's silly. Both are average or less compared to other QBs in college football - NDQuebec - 1:13pm 9/30/22
          • The stats and the eye test aren't with equal variables - NDNEIL - 4:45pm 9/30/22
          • Check out the facts about how a passing QB can make an OL better. Nice! [NT] - GaSubwayIrish - 1:48pm 9/30/22
      • Objectively better? Who knows? Better for the ND offense given the talent and OC? Yes. [NT] - LanceManion - 11:47am 9/30/22
        • Not enough data to make that conclusion [NT] - NDNEIL - 4:36pm 9/30/22
      • His passing % is far superior [NT] - whatsamataU - 11:27am 9/30/22
