Universally, they love the place. UD is known for its generous financial aid. I know that a few years ago - and this may still be the case - they guaranteed that tuition would remain the same for each incoming class' four years.

Lots of kids from all over. With respect to housing, over the years the university has bought up a sizable number of nearby homes, and manages those homes as part of student housing. It used to be known as 'the ghetto', but for obvious reasons the university wants to get away from the name. You have a huge 'off campus' community that is adjacent to the university.

UD sells out every basketball game. The city of Dayton adores UD basketball. Great bball arena and a terrific environment.
