Unfortunately we have seen this before. When the QB is one dimensional you lose games you shouldn’t.

It is first a reflection on the QB.

Not removing him is a reflection on the coaches.

None of that changes the fact that he isn’t a playoff caliber QB and that’s the point of playing the season. Win a championship.
