ND has to first develop a QB and prove a QB can be successful at ND and make it to the league.

You have to go all the way to Brady Quinn as the last legitimately NFL worthy QB. I liked Book a lot and he was the last “developed” and successful QB. Few and far between.

This also keeps WRs away. Who was the last 1000 yard receiver?
