Agree, I just wouldn't have let them off the hook for the first offense..

they dropped a neutral site game, so I'd make them honor that first before we discussed anything else.

But as I said previously, I'd try to negotiate all neutral site games with them, ala Georgia-Florida and TX-OU, but at rotating locations.
